First you to have to leave the food like met, fast food, oil,chocolate and you are going on a diet , you need to eat a natural food like vegetals , spinach , juice and fruits. Second you need a medicine, the name is “ policuliquinda” is perfect for you sotamch ache but there are a problem whit this medicine is very expensive, if you want, I can help you.
Well, you need drink water every day and you have to made exercise something like yoga , it is very neccesary because is good for you health, don´t forgot make messages in your stomach old nights.

My name is Allysson Sánchez, I want to give you some advices about your health problems, and I know that you were having weight issues and I know some things that will be good for you.
First you can start eating healthy food, that doesn’t mean that you are not going to eat the three meals of the day, you can eat at breakfast what ever you want like eggs, juice and bread, at the lunch you can have meat and some vegetables and in the night you must have some tea or a coffee.
My other advice is that you need to do exercise, you can go to a gym or something easy is that you can go run every morning or in the night you can decide and that’s a good idea.
And the last one is drink a lot of water and take it easy don’t worry and do those things with calm and with no stress and you will find that my advices are good.

Thanks for your letter; I hope you are very fine. These days, I think that one of the most important problems the society has is stress because stress is a very common illness in people, I saw on the news that some of the causes are: job problems and recommendation, they will be better.
I think that stress is dangerous and tedious because it affects healthy people. However, there are many cures for stress, but I think that the best cure is that people can organize their time because they need free time to rest.
Besides, People can look for new activity different work, as doing excersices, playing some sports, going out with your family or friends, etc.
